Abstract: Beijing International Publishing Forum is the most important international forum of
publishing industry held in China. The aim of this forum is to strengthen and promote the
exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign publishers and booksellers, to draw on

1、柳斌杰，新闻出版总署党组书记、署长，国家版权局局长，全国“扫黄打非”工作小组副组长兼办公室主任。1948年9月生，陕西长武人；1968年4月参加工作，1971年8月加入中国共产党。北京师范大学外研所西方经济专业和中国社会科学院研究生院哲学系马克思主义认识论专业毕业，硕士研究生，教授，高级经济师，博士生导师。1995年任四川省人民政府党组成员、省长助理、秘书长，1999年10月任中共四川省委常委、省政府秘书长、宣传部部长。2002年4月任新闻出版总署党组成员，副署长，2004年11月兼任全国“扫黄打非”工作小组副组长兼办公室主任，2006年11月任新闻出版总署党组副书记，2007年4月任新闻出版总署党组书记、署长，国家版权局局长。
2、李冰，男，1949年11月出生于黑龙江安达市。现任中央对外宣传办公室、国务院新闻办公室副主任。1969年至1978年在大庆油田工作；1978年至1989年在团中央工作；1989年至1994年在中央办公厅工作；1994年1月至今在中央对外宣传办公室、国务院新闻办公室工作。曾先后在吉林大学经管学院攻读经济管理专业获经济学硕士学位，在吉林大学行政学院攻读政治学专业获法学博士学位。
Li Bing, male, born in Anda City Heilongjiang Province in November 1949; currently serves as Vice Director of International Communication Office of CCCPC and Vice Minister of Information Office of the State Council; Worked at Daqing Oilfield during 1969~1978; worked at the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China during 1978~1989; worked at the General Office of CCCPC during 1989~1994; and worked at the International Communication Office of CCCPC and Information Office of the State Council from January 1994 to date. Obtained Master of Economics majored in Economic Management in Economics School of Jilin University; and Doctor of Law majored in Politics in College of Administration of Jilin University.

4、郑伟（北京方正阿帕比技术有限公司常务副总经理）
1991年毕业于北京大学无线电电子学系，获理学学士学位。
2004年毕业于北京大学光华管理学院，获工商管理硕士学位。
1991年毕业后，即加入北大方正，一直致力于新闻出版行业信息技术研发、产品推广和咨询服务工作。

同时，也一直致力于出版社信息管理系统、数字版权保护（DRM）系统的研发和推广工作，是出版社编辑加工流程、出版资源管理数据库、跨媒体出版、电子图书等信息化和“数字出版”的积极推动者。
2006年，组织研发的“数字资产管理系统”，获北京市科技进步一等奖。
5、迪戈?帕森提尼（亚马逊公司〈Amazon〉高级副总裁）：Diego Piacentini先生于2000年初加入亚马逊公司担任高级副总裁，负责全球零售和营销业务。作为亚马逊公司高层管理团队的一员，Piacentini先生的职责范围包括亚马逊的图书音像制品、服饰、体育用品、健康及个人护理产品、化妆品、珠宝和食品类产品的市场营销和零售。
Piacentini先生在掌管亚马逊的国际零售业务两年之后，于2002年1月开始同时负责美国的零售业务。在他的领导下，亚马逊公司推出了两个新的网站，即Amazon.fr（亚马逊法国网站）和Amazon.co.jp（亚马逊日本网站），亚马逊公司所有的国际网站都实现了国际收入、顾客量、产品选择性和技术特性的显著提升。

Diego Piacentini (Senior Vice President, Worldwide Retail & Marketing of Amazon): Diego Piacentini joined Amazon.com in early 2000 and is the senior vice president for worldwide retail and marketing. In this role, he is responsible for marketing and retail operations for Amazon.com's Media, Apparel, Sporting Goods, Health and Personal Care, Beauty, Jewelry and Gourmet categories and is a member of Amazon.com's senior executive team.
Piacentini added the U.S. retail business to his portfolio in January 2002, following two years at the helm of the international business. Under his leadership, Amazon.com launched two new Web sites, Amazon.fr and Amazon.co.jp, and significantly increased international revenues, customers, product selection and technological features across all international sites.
Prior to joining Amazon.com, Piacentini was vice president and general manager of Apple Computer Europe, where he headed operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Piacentini joined Apple Computer in 1987. He held several financial management positions both in Apple Italy and at a European level through 1993. Piacentini served as sales director for Apple Italy in 1994 and was promoted to the post of general manager for Apple Italy in May 1995.
Piacentini holds a degree in economics from Bocconi University of Milan. An Italian national, he has travelled and worked across Europe, Asia and North America.
6、霍和. 高兹, 担任Encyclopaedia Britannica, Inc.总裁一职的高兹先生，统揽这家具有239年光辉经营历史的著名出版商的全球运营。高兹先生的职业生涯与不列颠百科的关系始于1996年，当时他作为安达信管理咨询公司的资深咨询师，分管安达信对不列颠百科的咨询业务。

8. 郝振省，中国出版科学研究所所长、党委书记，首席研究员，兼任出版核心期刊《出版发行研究》、《出版参考》、《传媒》杂志社社长。1985年毕业于北京大学哲学系，获硕士学位。2005年被批准享受国务院特殊津贴。2006年获“韬奋出版新人奖”。同年，被授予“全国新闻出版系统先进工作者”荣誉称号。中国编辑学会副会长，中国出版工作者协会、中国期刊协会、中国印刷技术协会常务理事，科技部现代服务业示范工程责任专家，北京大学、武汉大学、北京师范大学等高校客座教授。《中国出版通史》、《小康社会出版业指标体系研究》等国家社科基金重大课题以及国家《出版业标准化体系》等课题主持人，国家版权发展战略课题组副组长，重要科研成果有：《加强出版业宏观调控研究》、《中国出版蓝皮书》、《国际出版蓝皮书》、《全国国阅读与购买倾向抽样调查报告》、《中国民营书业发展研究报告》等。
Hao Zhensheng, is the director, secretary of the Party committee and chief researcher of China Research Institute of Publishing Science and the director of the editorial offices of key periodicals such as Publishing Research, Information on Publication and Media. In 1985, he graduated from the Philosophy Department of Peking University with a master’s degree. In 2005, he was approved to receive the State Council special allowance. In 2006, he received the “Taofen New Publisher Award” and the honorary title of “Advanced Worker of the National News and Publishing System”. He is vice president of China Redactologic

Robert Rigby-Hall (Global Senior Vice President, Reed Elsevier Group), With fifteen years experience in consulting, consumer goods and business-to-business markets, Robert Rigby-Hall is
responsible for all of LexisNexis’s HR, internal communications and corporate social responsibilities activities, a role that feeds the success of 13,500 people in more than 26 countries. A Human resources leader who combines emotional intelligence with a keen numbers focus, he has a zeal for the details of execution. His unique breadth of experience, in both HR and operating roles, explains why he works so closely with LexisNexis executives on everything from strategy, to global people initiatives, to hands-on execution.
Joining LexisNexis in 2004, Robert has been instrumental in helping lead the company in making the critical shift from a research and products focus to a solutions focus. Prior to LexisNexis, Robert worked in sister division—Reed Business. Here, after a steady rise through various senior HR roles, he had his first exposure to an operating role when, between 2002 and 2003, he was the Interim President of Reed Exhibitions North America, a $180m revenue business based in Connecticut, USA.Prior to Reed Exhibitions, Robert held a variety of Human Resources roles in the international headquarters of Hasbro, Inc. As a proving ground, Hasbro not only gave Robert product and global experience, but deep experience in the most critical HR competencies: compensation and benefits, generalist HR, training and management development.Robert gained his first HR experience as a consultant with a major European employee benefits and HR consulting business. This role involved yet another competency that has served him well in his career: Sales. When added to his HR experience—compensation and benefits, international HR, expatriates, training, management development, recruitment, communications and change management—it suggests what Robert sees as the fundamental journey the HR professional must make in the 21st century: Namely, to take HR from a support role to a key strategic partner directly wired into the business.

中华图书特殊贡献奖
/Special Book Award of China
在博览会期间颁发中华图书特殊贡献奖，表彰为中外出版、文化交流做出杰出贡献的中外作家、翻译家、出版专业人士。
获奖人简介：
1、沃尔夫冈·库宾（Wolfgang Kubin）：德国汉学家沃尔夫冈·库宾（Wolfgang Kubin）先生（中文名：顾彬）。顾彬先生是波恩大学汉学系教授，也是当今德国著名的翻译家、诗人。顾彬教授主要从事中国古典和现代的文学史及思想史研究，近年出版的一系列重要著作包括：《红楼梦研究》、《中国诗歌史——从皇朝的开始到结束》、《二十世纪中国文学史》等；出版的重要译作包括：《鲁迅选集·六卷本》（苏黎世：Union出版社, 1994年）、北岛的《太阳城札记》（慕尼黑：汉泽尔出版社, 1991年）等。
2、罗梅君（Mechthild Leutner）:罗梅君女士是德国柏林自由大学历史文化学院、东亚研究所汉学系的教授，德国著名的汉学家，曾就读于北京大学，目前是《北大史学》《中国研究》等多本杂志的编委会成员，《柏林中国研究》丛书（Berliner China-Studien）的主编。发表过的论著、编著、论文、评论及报道、学术报告等多达166种。
3、乌里希·考茨（Ulrich Kautz）：德国大学助理教授乌里希·考茨（Ulrich Kautz）博士。乌里希·考茨博士是约翰·古腾堡大学总部应用语言学和文化研究系助理教授，德国汉学协会(DVCS)的创始主席。从上世纪九十年代起，乌里希·考茨博士开始把中国作家的作品介绍到德国，相继翻译并出版的作品包括：邓友梅的《京城内外》，陆文夫的《美食家》，王蒙的《活动变人形》等；并著有《德语和汉语中的主动态与被动态》等学术作品。
